Calling all apples! We are learning about the life of John Chapman this week, also known as Johnny Appleseed. Each day we will do apple activities and hopefully have a healthy apple snack. I am asking for you to help with this. Any apple donations would be greatly appreciated. In the past we have made apple smilies with apples, peanut butter and mashmallows. We have also made homemade applesauce. I would like to do this again this year but will need help with supplying the apples. Any donations you are willing to send is greatly appreciated! Please send apple donations with your child to school startint tomorrow.

Today we are learning about the life of Johnny Appleseed. We created "hats" to wear to look like him. Some of you may know that Johnny wore a pot on his head as a hat. Our "hats" look just like Johnny's hat! Check back later for some fun pictures! :)
