As a
reward for positive choices during DEAR time our class has voted to have a
stuffed animal day at school. Please allow your child to bring one stuffed
animal to school with them this Thursday, April 24. The only thing I ask is
that the stuffed animal fits into your child’s backpack. If you have any
questions about this please do not hesitate to send me an email or give me a
call at the school.

Kalona Elementary Fun Night is
quickly approaching. This week the Parent Boosters asked each classroom to
collect items for a basket that will be available to bid on at the silent
auction. The first grade classrooms will
be doing a Coffee & Chocolates Basket.
Please feel free to send items to contribute to this basket anytime between now
and Wednesday, April 23rd. If
you need or want suggestions on items to send let us know.
