Calling all egg cartons! We are going to be making a craft and need egg cartons to help us. I need a total of 7 egg cartons. If you have any to send our way please do so ASAP.

Tonight you will find a bag of word cards in your child's backpack. They are the high frequency words we have been working with so far this year. There are double copies of each word in the bag. This will allow your child to play go fish or memory with someone at home. Please help your child "study" these words during the week. I will send home words periodically throughout the year that we study in the classroom. These are words that we want them to know right away and without sounding out. The more they see these words the easier it will be for them to read!
