Please try your best to make it to this meeting, I promise you will find at least ONE thing beneficial OR will get some questions that you maybe having about first grade answered. Hope to see you there! Watch for a paper in your child's backpack tomorrow. Please read it, fill out the RSVP section and return it to school by Thursday, September 19.
Kalona Elementary celebrated Dot Day yesterday. First graders had a great day interacting and stretching their imaginations with all of their first grade friends. Together we made 2 First Grade Dot Day banners, individual framed dots and wrist bands. The kiddos loved expressing their artistic features throughout the day. Thank you to everyone who helped plan Dot Day and to the Kalona Elementary Boosters for providing a fun, colorful, dot snack, KIX! Enjoy some pictures below from Dot Day!
